Quality Control Management

Our QC staff are fully skilled with various measuring instruments. Following customers’ quality standards, we conduct a strict quality control system and regularly provide inspection and quality analysis reports to our customers. We follow up with suppliers on the IQC, IPQC, OQC and defect improvement plan.

Technical Support

Our well-trained engineers are expert in the production processes and able to provide suitable technical support during the fabrication. We work as customers’ eyes to take good care of the production and make sure all parts are to meet the requested specifications.

Supplier Survey & Audit

Based on the requirements of different products, we do regular supplier survey and audit to develop potential suppliers who are capable of meeting customers’ specifications. The surveys are to involve project development and production capability, QA/QC standards, background of managerial personnel and other necessary information.

Project Management

Our project manager to control strictly the new project schedule and the sampling lead time. Our QC team to conduct initial sample inspection reports (ISIR) to ensure the accuracy of the samples.

Operation Management

Our professional sales staff to execute multi-functional operation management such as purchase order transactions, lead time follow-up and communications with the production so that they can keep customers updated in time and provide fast solutions.

Communication & Negotiation

FUTA, works as a supplier, is responsible for taking the role of communication and negotiation in the daily routine jobs, which consist of project development, product specifications, contents of purchase orders, production lead time, quality control, logistics, pricing…etc. A good communication is our obligation, and a successful negotiation is our responsibility and commitment to customers.

Logistics Integration

FUTA to integrate the goods and consolidates the logistics for sea or air shipment, which provides an effective solution to save the shipping costs for customers.
